Timothy Schneider

Tim Schneider has built a successful real estate career, selling over $200 million in luxury properties in New York City and Charleston, SC – with an approach that’s characterized by respect, honesty, and integrity.

Before becoming a broker, Schneider served as Director of Operations at Phillips auction house, where he worked with high-net-worth clients while honing his passion for art and design. He is originally from Bedford, NY, and attended Riverdale Country School and Carnegie Mellon University.

Tim lives on the Isle of Palms with his wife Laura – a native South Carolinian – and their son, Thomas. He enjoys the area’s beautiful beaches and laid-back pace of life and loves nothing more than helping his clients find their dream property.
